- Araphoe/Douglas Workforce Center/AdWorks has been offering From Laid Off To Living© Support Groups to their clients during 2011-2012. On June 4-5, 2012 these accomplished Workforce Specialists were certified as From Laid Off To Living Facilitators! They are excited to help even more of their clients on the journey From Laid Off To Living!
Johnna kicked off the Larimer County Workforce Center's workshop on Friday, March 9, 2012: Boomers & Beyond: How To Make Yourself Irresistable to Employers At Any Age. Over 180 folks have attended the three sessions offered since July, 2011. Participants have appreciated the information and resources they have received and are putting them to good use.
- Larimer County has 4 active certified facilitators and has offered 8 Support Groups during 2011 with consistently positive feedback from the participants. This program is continuing as a regular offering on a quarterly basis in both Fort Collins and Loveland.
- Sharon, from the Western Colorado Workforce Center in Montrose facilitated two support groups during 2011 and has this to say: "Hopefully I can get another group going by late February or early March because this resource is so very helpful for the participants (not to mention that facilitating the groups is one of the most rewarding parts of my job)."
- Patrick Williams, internationally known author and founder of The Institute For Life Coach Training, endorses From Laid Off To Living as a resource for 10,000 life coaches and encourages them to integrate it into their coaching resources!
